• Detailed bike wash and drivetrain degrease
• Remove forks - inspect headset bearings, clean & lubricate
• Remove cranks – inspect BB bearings, clean and lubricate
• Check tyre condition and pressures
• Check all bolts are torqued to manufacturers specifications
• Check and adjust wheel alignment and bearings
• Lubricate cables, brake & derailleur pivot points
• Check and adjust brake cables & pads
• Check drivetrain wear and lubricate
• Check and adjust derailleurs
