First free brake and gear adjustment is to be completed between 6-12 weeks on any new bike. ( This is not a repair! If bike is damaged extra charges may apply) After that time period a service fee will be charged.
If repaired bikes are not picked up within 7 days a bike storage fee will apply. After 60 days the bike will no longer be in our store.

I hereby authorize the repair work hereinafter set forth to be done along with the necessary material and agree that we are not responsible for loss or damage to the bikes in case of fire, theft or any other cause beyond our control or for any delays caused by unavailability of parts or delays in parts shipments by supplier or transporter. I hereby grant you and/or your employees permission to perform any procedure deemed necessary on the Bike for the purpose of testing and/or inspection. An express mechanic's lien is hereby acknowledged on above bike to secure the amount of the repair thereto.

I agree to pay above total amount according to card issuer agreement.
